Background
Step to Independence is managed and operated by a team of qualified social workers and support workers with extensive experience in supporting and managing vulnerable individuals. The organisation was established in response to the significant challenges faced by families living in emergency / Temporary accommodation, with a clear aim to improve the quality of life and meet the essential needs of children and families. As a result, Step to Independence provides a range of affordable housing solutions, including emergency, short-term, and long-term accommodation, to meet the needs of diverse vulnerable groups.
